Studies on tissue culture and rapid propagation of 3 species of Aloe

The stems and bud explants were cultured on MS media supplement with BA of 2~4 mg/L,and then a lot of buds were formed.The buds produced roots on MS media supplement with IBA of 1~2 mg/L and NAA of 0.2 mg/L and grew up finally.Plantlets were cultured and then transplanted into sand bed and they grew well.
