Some properties of the zeros of entire functions with non-integral order

Using Hadamard's canonical product theorem we prove the given relations among the orders of finite order function,the convergence exponents of zeros and the class p of canonical product of zeros,in the case of non integral order.And then we present some properties of the zeros of entire function,with non integral order.
