Species and Distribution of Endophytic Fungi from Osmanthus fragrans Leaves

Through specimen collection,isolation,culture and identification,the species and distribution of endophytic fungi from Osmanthus fragrans leaves were investigated.It was found that the species of endophytic fungi of the leaves were rich and 26 species of fungi were isolated from leaf innerior parts.Among them,the four kinds of fungis including Macrophoma sp.,Alternaria sp.2,Colletotrichum sp.1 and Phomopsis sp.2 are dominant fungi.These fungi were affected greatly by their entironment and found ..
