Research progress of the application of rare earth in catalysts

It is well known that rare earth elements are extensively used in the last decade in catalysts formulations for a variety of processes in most areas. The research progress of the application of rare earth in catalysts, including rare earth oxides, rare earth intermetallic compound and rare earth containing zeolite is reviewed with 42 references. The future of the application of rare earth in catalysts is also discussed.
