Parameterizations of Minimum-energy Frames with Short Support

A sufficient condition for low-pass filters with arbitrary dilation factor and compact support to generate minimum-energy frames with compact support is provided.A family of minimum-energy frames with different length filters and arbitrary dilation factor,which includes a class of normal tight wavelet frames with compact support,are parameterized.In the end,some examples are given to illustrate the results
