Study of the Mixed Rare Earth Changle on Wistar Rat

The effects of taking Changle for a long time on function of kidney was studied.120 healthy Wistar rats(60 female and 60 male rats) were divided into three experimental groups by the doses(2.0,5.0 and 20.0 mg/kg Changle) and a control group.The rats were taken once a day for 90 days.Their blood taken at 91th day,creatinine,blood urea nitrogen,urea and calcium in the serum were measured.The results of them and the ratio of blood urea nitrogen and creatinine were analyzed with the software of SPSS 10.0.Result...
