On ways of extracting spearmint oil

This paper contrasts the four ways of extracting spearmint oil by experiment: way of distillation, improved way of distillation in water, way of digestion with benzinum, and way of digestion and distillation with alcohol. The improved way of distillation in water is proved better at present, and its feasibility is also discussed in this paper.
