Abstract
Aiming at the problem of long growth cycle of camellia seedlings, growth-promoting microorganisms were used to study the growth-promoting effect of camellia seedlings. The soil samples of camellia oleifera root system were used for the screening of Bacillus, and 17 strains of Bacillus were selected. The results showed that the seedling height, ground diameter, crown width and maximum leaf area of camellia seedlings from strain XY12 increased by 16.16%, 17.43%, 18.03% and 17.62%, respectively, compared with the control. The results showed that the height, ground diameter, crown width and maximum leaf area of camellia seedlings treated with the mixed strains XY6 (Bacillus circulus), XY12 and XY15 (Bacillus pumilus) increased by 26.25%, 25.65%, 27.57% and 26.91%, respectively, compared with the control. Finally, the contents of organic matter, nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium in rhizosphere soil were determined. The contents of organic matter, alkali-hydrolyzed nitrogen, available phosphorus and available potassium in soil of mixed XY6, XY12 and XY15 strains were increased by 16.86%, 12.38%, 19.75% and 18.14%, respectively.
