Di-tert-butyl phosphine oxide was prepared with chloro-tert-butane and diethyl phosphite as raw materials, and di-tert-butyl phosphine hydrogen was obtained by reduction with tetrahydroaluminum lithium. The structure of 1, 2-bis(di-tert-butylphosphinomethyl)benzene, which is a large steric effect organophosphorus ligand, has been characterized by NMR analysis. And the reaction conditions of the key steps were optimized.
