Discovery and Identification of Autotoxic Substances and Transformed Strain of Rehmannia Glutinosa Continuous Cropping Obstacle

  • The blank soil and the first stubble soil were systematically analyzed and positioned by thin layer chromatography (TLC), and prepared by the microbial to transformation of Rehmannia glutinosa. It was identified as the autotoxic substance of Rehmannia glutinosa. The results showed that the substance is present in extracted by dichloromethane of the first stubble soil was ergosterol-4, 6, 8 (14), 22-tetraene- 3-one, the transformed strain was Aspergillus puniceus, named Aspergillus puniceus FF5YH.
