Rapid High-sensitivity Detection of African Swine Fever Virus Based on Loop-mediated Isothermal Amplification

  • In order to solve the problem that African swine fever seriously endangers China's pig industry, a loop-mediated isothermal amplification primer(LAMP) was designed according to the conserved sequence of African swine fever virus p72 gene by loop-mediated isothermal amplification technology, and then the primer was screened and the reaction conditions were optimized. The results showed that the optimized reaction system could detect African swine fever virus as low as 1 copy/μL at 45 min, and did not cross-react with other viral nucleic acid samples, the detection results could be judged with the naked eye, with good sensitivity and specificity.
