摘要: 探讨了福尔马林在不同温度、不同浓度条件下对中华鳖嗜水气单胞菌细胞的灭活时间，介绍了中华鳖嗜水气单胞菌灭活菌苗的制备过程，并报告了菌苗的安全性、免疫效力和现场应用结果。

Abstract: Inactivation time of bacteria by formalin were researched in different temperature and concentration of formalin.The preparation process of inactivated vaccine of Aeromonas Hydrophila,the results of vaccine in safety,immunity and on-the-spot application were reported.
