无溶剂条件下硅胶固载磷酸催化环己醇的脱水反应

Studies on Dehydration Reaction of Cyclohexanol under Solvent-Free Conditions by Silicon Dioxide Sup

  • 摘要: 以硅胶(mSiO2.nH2O)固载磷酸为催化剂,在无溶剂条件下催化环己醇脱水反应.该反应操作简单,温和,时间短(1.5 h).催化剂用量少(3.5 g),催化效果较好,再生使用5次对产率无影响,且对环境友好.

     

    Abstract: The dehydration reaction of cyclohexanol was carried out in the presence of silica gel supported phosphoric acid as catalyst under solvent-free conditions.This method has several benefits including simple simpleness,short reaction time(1.5 h),mild reaction conditions and low pollution.The results showed that there is no influence on the yields of products when catalyst has be regenerated and used after 5 times.
