The absorption dynamics of methylene blue in alga and its effect on active oxygen

  • 摘要: 探讨了亚甲基兰在水网藻上的吸附动力学过程及吸附其中的亚甲基兰(MB)对藻体内产生活性氧的影响效应.实验结果表明,藻对MB的吸附特性符合Langmuir等温式Qeq=3.70Ceq/(1+Ceq).而MB对藻的抑制或损伤作用可能与吸附在藻体内的亚甲基兰在光照时产生大量的活性氧有关.

     

    Abstract: The absorption process of methylene blue and its effect on active oxygen in alga were studied. The results show that the Langmuir's equation Qeq =3.70Ceq/(1+Ceq) can explain the behaviors of absorption of MB in alga . The amount of active oxygen caused by absorbed MB in alga's body is main reason of damnification or restraint of alga growth .
