  • 摘要: 以无菌包装苹果汁生产为例,探讨了危害分析与关键控制点HACCP(HazardAnalysisCriticalControlPoint)体系在无菌包装果蔬汁生产中的建立和实施过程,以满足人们对绿色、营养、安全的果蔬汁的消费需求.

     

    Abstract: Taking aseptic packaging apple juice as example, this paper discusses application of hazard andlysis critical control point(HACCP) system in production and santary quality control of aseptic packaging apple juice.
