Study on biology and domestication of Auricularia polytricha in Zhengyang area

  • 摘要: 对正阳毛木耳 (Auriculariapolytricha)生态、形态及人工驯化栽培进行了研究 研究表明该菌株菌丝生长旺盛 ,适于木屑等代料栽培 ,子实体耳片大且厚 ,口味好 ,生物学效率及折干率较高 ,适于商业性开发利用

     

    Abstract: By means of field survey and artificial cultivation, the biological characteristics of Auricularia polytricha in the Zhengyang area were studied. The results obtained showed that the growth of hypha was rapid ,the sporophore was big, thick, delicious,and high biological efficiency. The strain of Auricularia polytricha in Zhengyang area has good development prospect.
