Assembly Process Quality Defect Prediction Based on Three-dimensional Feature Extraction

  • 摘要: 对传统单工位装配复杂度质量预测理论进行了研究,结合机械行业自身特点,总结了与复杂度理论相关的参数量,并对其权重进行了分析.基于该理论,引入了三维特征提取与专家系统相结合的模式,在UG三维建模的环境下,直接获取复杂度参数值,实现了在设计阶段对装配过程质量缺陷率的自动预测,并分析该缺陷率是否符合3σ质量标准.
