南瓜多糖对糖尿病小鼠血糖值、SOD、MDA的影响

The Effect of Pumpkin Polysaccharide on the Blood Sugar of Mice

  • 摘要: 研究南瓜多糖对四氧嘧啶型糖尿病小鼠的影响.选用昆明种小鼠腹腔注射四氧嘧啶造高血糖模型,选血糖值11.10mmol/L以上小鼠作为糖尿病小鼠随机分组,分别灌胃南瓜多糖低剂量(1mg/kg)、中剂量(3mg/kg)、高剂量(5mg/kg),2周后测血糖变化.结果表明,3组南瓜多糖灌胃剂量对四氧嘧啶型糖尿病小鼠均具有降糖作用,且灌胃剂量为中剂量(3mg/kg)时,血糖值由11.10mmol/L降至3.77mmol/L,其降糖效果最佳.研究结果还表明,灌胃南瓜多糖能提高糖尿病小鼠肝、肾、胰腺组织SOD活性,降低肝、肾、胰腺组织MDA含量.
