一株渤海丝状海洋真菌的形态学及18S rDNA-ITS鉴定

Morphological and Molecular Identification of Marine Filamentous Fungi from Bohai-Sea

  • 摘要: 在真菌标准培养条件下,采用传统形态鉴定方法及18S rDNA-ITS片段克隆分别对天津师范大学微生物实验室筛选的一株渤海海洋真菌进行鉴定,形态学鉴定结果支持该菌为赭曲霉(Aspergillus ochraceus Wilh.),采用分子生物学方法进行复核的结果与塔宾曲霉(Aspergillus tubingensis)的同源性为100%,与赭曲霉的同源性也高达98%,结合形态学鉴定结果,该菌株应为曲霉属环绕亚组的赭曲霉.

     

    Abstract: Morphological identification and sequencing of 18S rDNA-ITS region were assayed on the isolate of filamentous marine fungus that obtained from the Bohai-sea.ITS sequence assaying showed that the isolate was mostly probable Aspergillus tubingensis,meanwhile,it also showed a 98% homogeneous to Aspergillus ochraceus Wilh.Extensively,its morphological characteristics indicated it more resembles to A.ochraceus Wilh.These complex results suggested that the strain should be A.ochraceus Wilh.Moreover,fungal 18S rDN
