Abstract: The available water resources of Liaocheng City is less,and the guest water resources used are also limited.With the development of economy,the water needed will increase gradually.The contradiction between supplies and needs will be produced inevitably.The keys to resolve this problem are as follows:retrenching,opening new water resources and controlling pollution.
