Studies on New Process About Making Phosphate Film on Steel Surface Under Room Temperature

  • 摘要: 研制了一种新型常温磷化处理液,叙述了该液中金属磷酸盐、促进剂、络合剂等几种主要成分的选择要点,确定了最佳工艺配方。该处理液具有原料价廉易得、性能稳定、无污染,成膜结合牢固,抗蚀性强等特点,工艺操作简便,技术先进,推广应用前景广阔。

     

    Abstract: A new type phosphate solution mainly containing phosphate,accelerator, complexant has been prepared for the phosphorise treatment in normal temperature on steel surface.The optimal phosphate solution composition and the phosphate process has been datermined.Steel parts was treated with phosphate solution,a hard secure and good corrosion-resistant phosphate film was obtained.Some advantages of this phosphate solution are also stated.
