  • 摘要: 采用GC/MS分析两个产地的伊丽莎白玉兰的辛夷挥发油化学成分.从中共检测出26种化学成分,多为药用及香料成分,该种辛夷具有开发利用价值.但不同产地的辛夷挥发油均含有各自的特有成分,共有成分的含量也不同,如桉叶油醇10.22%(农大)和18.67%(长垣),产地的变化对辛夷的质量有一定的影响.

     

    Abstract: The chemical constituents of Xinyi essential oils of Y.×Elizabeth (E.Sperber) D.L.Fu growing in different areas were analysed by GC/MS.There were 26 constituents were identified in both oils,and most of them could be used for medicine and spice,so this kind of Xinyi has application value.Each Xinyi had itself special components,and the percentages of constituents contained by both oils were different,for example eucalyptol 10.22 % (Henan Agricultural University) and 18.67 % (Changyuan),so different areas can affect the quality of Xinyi.
