摘要: 对业务单位“双肩挑”人员工作量计算办法进行了研究 首先给出了计量原则,然后根据计量原则推出了新的计量函数,并对新计量函数进行了分析和评价Abstract: A computing scheme of the work load for employee engaging both of professional and managerial works in professional department is discussed.A computing principle at the beginning of the paper is given, then a new computing function depending on the principle is deduced,and the computing function in the end is analyzed and accessed.
