  • 摘要: 给出了非多孔珍珠岩电膨胀炉温控系统的设计方案。该控制系统主要由加热部分、温度检测部分、温度数字显示与设定部分以及电源和控制电路组成,能对电炉的炉温进行测量、显示、恒温控制及越界报警。实践证明该方案具有高温下温控精度高、操作简单等优点。

     

    Abstract: The design plan of temperature control system of an electric furnance for preparing non porous expanded prelite is given. The system consists of 4 main parts:heat source,temperature detecting device,temperature digital displaying device,electric power and control circuits. The system possesses the following functions:detecting and displaying furnance temperature,constand temperature control,and over heat alarming.
