微波辅助提取怀地黄梓醇工艺研究

  • 摘要: 以微波处理为辅助手段,应用水浴法浸提怀地黄中梓醇.对利用微波技术提取怀地黄梓醇的工艺条件进行了研究,通过单因素和正交试验,考察了影响梓醇提取率的因素,微波辅助法提取梓醇的最佳工艺条件为:甲醇体积比50%,料液比1 g∶15 mL,在微波功率为400 W条件下处理时间为4 min,再在70℃水浴锅中保温浸提30 min,梓醇提取率在7.3%以上.

     

    Abstract: Assistant with microwave,catapol component of Rhemannia glutinosa Libosch.F.Hueichingensis was extracted by warm water lixiviation.The technology condition on extracting catapol of Rhemannia glutinosa by microwave were studied,the factors affected the extraction ration of catapol were investigated by means of single factor and orthogonal experiments.The results showed that the optimum conditions of extracting catapol by microwave are as follows: methyl alcohol concentration is 50%,the ratio of material to l...
