防治甜菜夜蛾的双菌株混合发酵研究

Mixture of two strains against spodoptera exigwa

  • 摘要: 研究了蜡状芽孢杆菌Ym2102与苏云金芽孢杆菌DL5789的混合发酵.结果发现其3000倍稀释液对甜菜夜蛾的致死率为94.2%,摇瓶发酵最终菌数为2.8×109,pH变化趋缓.

     

    Abstract: The mixed fermentation of Bacillus thuringiensis Ym2102 and Bacillus cerace DL5789 were investigated.The results show that the death rate of spodoptera exigua can reach 94.2% when the mixed fermentation was diluted in 3 000 times.The total bacteriain shaking culture is 2.8×10~9,and the vary of pH becomes slowly.
