  • 摘要: 碱性水介质中和四丁基溴化铵存在下，环戊二烯和氯化苄反应，合成了苄基环戊二烯。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, the effect of several factors on the physico-chemical properties of pigment from black rice was investigated.The results showed that light、temperature、metalions and vitamin C could change tle stability of some properties of anthocyanin.
