罗丹明6G分光光度法测定水中亚硝酸根

Spectrophotometric Determination of Trace Nitrite with Rhodamine 6G

  • 摘要: 在盐酸介质中,在KBr催化作用下,罗丹明6G与亚硝酸根发生氧化还原反应而使罗丹明6G褪色,且在527nm处的吸光度明显降低.在0.05~1.5mg/L范围内,体系吸光度变化值△A与NaNO2浓度之间呈良好线性关系,相关系数r为0.9993,表观摩尔吸光系数ε为1.09×105L.mol-1.cm-1.此方法直接用于测定实际水样中痕量NaNO2,回收率为99.4%~104.2%.

     

    Abstract: The redox reaction between rhodamine 6G and nitrite with KBr as the catalyst discolored rhodamine 6G in the medium of HCl,and the absorbence at 527 nm decreased obviously.There was a good linear relationship between the A value and the concentration of sodium nitrate in the range of 0.05~1.5 mg/L.The correlation coefficient was 0.999 3 and the apparent molar absorptivity was 1.09×105 L·mol-1·cm-1.The recovery was in the range of 99.4%~104.2%.The method has been applied for the determination of trace nitrite in water samples with satisfactory results
