安祖花的组织培养及快速繁殖研究

Tissue culture and rapid propagation of Anthurium andraeanum

  • 摘要: 以安祖花的叶、叶柄和茎段为外植体在不同培养基上进行诱导愈伤组织和不定芽的发生.筛选出了诱导愈伤组织培养基MS+6-BA1.0mg/L+2,4-D0.5mg/L,不定芽分化及增殖培养基MS+6-BA1.0mg/L+IBA0.1mg/L.不断的继代培养,增殖及分化率都很高,将产生的不定芽切割下来转接到1/2MS+NAA0.5mg/L的培养基中生根壮苗,生根良好的试管苗移栽后,经过精心的管理,2个月后统计结果,成活率高达96%.

     

    Abstract: A method for the micropropagation from leaves petiole and stem were developed.The best inducement culture medium is MS+6-BA1.0 mg/L+2,4-D0.5 mg/L.The best proliferating microshoot culture medium is MS+6-BA1.0 mg/L+IBA0.1 mg/L.Individual shoots were excised and transferred into rooting medium containing NAA .Rooting of shoots were better on 1/2MS medium containing 0.5 mg/L NAA than on MS and 1/4MS with same growth regulator.
