  • 摘要: 从大蒜及蒜渣的主要成分出发 ,对二者有用成分进行比较 ,论述了大蒜的开发利用及蒜渣综合利用的意义 ,阐述了蒜渣具有广泛开发利用前景 .

     

    Abstract: Garlic and garlic residues were studied based on the utilizable components and main components of both.The significance of development of garlic and comprehensive utilization of garlic residues were discussed.The development of garlic residues has good prospect.
