摘要: 用水蒸气蒸馏法提取万寿菊挥发油 ,采用 GC-MS联用技术对挥发油进行鉴定 .结果表明 :万寿菊挥发油中含有 86个化合物 ,鉴定出 65个 .由鉴定结果得出结论 :万寿菊挥发油中的主要成分为石竹烯、斯巴醇、胡椒酮和胡椒二烯酮

Abstract: The essential oils in Tagetes erecta were obtained by using steam distillation,and identified by GC/MS.The results show that the essential oils in Tagetes erecta contain 86 kinds of compounds and 65 kinds of compounds were identified omong them.The contents of caryophyllene,spathulenol,piperitone and piperitenone in the essential oils is higher than that of other compositions.
