Colorimetric determination of sorbic acid (C_5H_7COOH) in food

  • 摘要: 以Fe( )为氧化剂,用分光光度法测定了食品、饮料中的山梨酸含量.方法简便、选择性好,共存物对测定无影响.对实际样品进行测定,并做加标回收试验,山梨酸回收率为96.9%~102%.

     

    Abstract: The concentration of sorbic acid in food and beverages were determined by spectrophotometry with Fe(Ⅲ) as oxidizing agent.The proposed method was applied to real-world samples with no interference of coexistent substance.The recovery of sorbic acid are 96.9%~102%.
