离子液体中新药辛伐他汀的绿色合成

Green Synthesis of Simvastatin in Ionic Liquids

  • 摘要: 以洛伐他汀为原料,通过酰化、甲基化、水解、环合等反应在绿色溶剂离子液体介质中合成了新药辛伐他汀,并对各步反应优化了反应条件和投料比.离子液体既作溶剂又作催化剂.该方法反应条件温和,原料易得,操作简便,产率高,环境友好,且反应介质离子液体可方便回收并重复利用.

     

    Abstract: Simvastatin was synthesized from lovastatin via the acetylization methylation hydrolyticdecomposition and cyclization reactions in ionic liquids.The method presented here has the advantages of mild condition,simple operation,easy isolation,high yield and environmental benignity.Moreover,the ionic liquid can be easily recycled and reused.
