硫酸铵-硫氰酸铵-乙醇体系萃取分离钯(II)

Extraction separation of Pd(II) by ammonium thiocyanate-ethanol in the presence of (NH_4)_2SO_4

  • 摘要: 研究了硫酸铵存在下,硫氰酸铵-乙醇体系萃取分离钯(II)的行为.试验表明,钯(II)与SCN-形成的Pd(SCN)2-4很容易被萃取到乙醇相中,当溶液中硫酸铵、硫氰酸铵、无水乙醇浓度分别为0.3g/mL、0.02g/mL、0.30mL/mL,pH=3.0时,能使钯(II)的萃取率达到100%,Al(III)、Mn(II)、Fe(II)、U(VI)、Ni(II)、V(V)基本不被萃取,实现了钯(II)与上述离子的分离.

     

    Abstract: A study on liquid-liquid extraction of Pd(II) based on ammonium thiocyanate-ethanol in the presence of ammonium sulphate has been performed. The results show that the charged compound Pd(SCN)~(2-)_4 can be easily extracted into the ethanol phase. The extraction rate of Pd(SCN)~(2-)_4reaches the 100% when the concentration of (NH_4)_2SO_4 , NH_4SCN and ethanol in system is 0.30 g/mL,0.02 g/mL and 0.30 mL/mL, respectively.
