薮北茶树的组织培养研究

Study on tissue culture of Yabukita

  • 摘要: 以薮北茶树带腋芽的茎段为外殖体获得再生植株,并建立起快速无性繁殖体系,以MS为基本培养基,附加各种浓度的植物激素.试验结果证明:最佳诱导培养基为MS+6-BA2.0mg/L;芽增殖培养基为MS+6-BA1.0mg/L+IBA0.2mg/L;最佳生根培养基为1/2MS+6-BA0.5mg/L+IBA0.1mg/L+NAA0.2mg/L+Al3+0.01mg/L.

     

    Abstract: The axillary buds' culm segments of the Yabukita were used for explants to obtain plants regeneration and erect fast asexual generation system.MS was used as minimal medium,appending phytohormone of different kinds of pH indicators.The experimental results show that the optimal inducement culture medium is MS+6BA2.0 mg/L;the sprout enrichment culture medium is MS+6BA1.0 mg/L+IBA0.2 mg/L;the optimal rootage culture medium is 1/2MS+BA0.5 mg/L+IBA0.1 mg/L+NAA0.2 mg/L+Al3+0.01mg/L.
