措那木江浮游植物群落结构

Community Structure of Phytoplankton in the Cuonamu River

  • 摘要: 2009年对措那木江浮游植物进行了取样调查,4个采样站共发现藻类36属,隶属4门20科.其中硅藻门和绿藻门分别占浮游植物总属数的41.7%,36.1%,优势属为桥弯藻属(Cymbella)、菱形藻属(Nitzschia)、鼓藻属(Cosmarium)和水绵属(Spirogyra).藻类的密度为40 975 ind/L,总生物量为0.137 mg/L,其中硅藻门藻密度占总藻密度的94.9%,生物量占总生物量的85.4%.4个采样站中Ⅰ站的藻密度和生物量均明显高于其他3站.4个站藻类Margalef多样性指数、Shannon-Winner多样性指数和Pielou指数的平均值分别为0.70、1.43、0.15.根据藻类各项多样性指数值得出,措那木江水体已遭受污染,但并未形成富营养化,仍处于贫营养状态

     

    Abstract: The phytoplankton from Cuonamu section of the Yaluzangbujiang River was investigated in 2009.Thirty six genus of phytoplankton were detected,which belonged to twenty families,4 phylum.Among them,Bacillariophyta and Chlorophyta were accounted for 41.7% and 36.1% respectively,and the Cmybella,Nitzschia,Cosmarium and Spirogyra were dominated in the algae community.The determination of density and biomass of phytoplankton were 40 975 ind/L and 0.137 mg/L,of which 94.9% in density and 85.4% in biomas...
