Catalytic synthesis of butyl chloro acetate with Tin chloride pentahgdrate

  • 摘要: 报道了用SnCl4·5H2 O作催化剂合成氯乙酸丁酯 ,最佳合成条件为正丁醇、氯乙酸及催化剂的摩尔比为 2∶1∶0 0 0 5 ,反应时间 2 .5h 该方法酯化率为 97 5 % ,收率为 93 6 % ,反应时间短 ,无腐蚀 ,无污染

     

    Abstract: This paper reports the synthesis of butyl chloro acetate using tin (Ⅳ) chloride pentahydrate (SnCl 4·5H 2O)as catalyst.The optimum reaction conditions were the molar ratio of butyl alcohol,choroacetate and catalyst,2∶1∶0.005,and reaction time of 2.5 h.Under the optimum conditions,the esterification per centage of 97.5% and the yield of 93.6% were given.
