Studies on the Inhibition Ability to Calcium Carbonate Scaling with ZPS-01 Phosphono-Containing Male

  • 摘要: 用静态阻垢方法研究了ZPS-01膦基马来酸酐共聚物抑制碳酸钙垢的能力,探讨了共聚物浓度、Ca2+浓度、HCO-3浓度、溶液温度及pH值对其阻垢率的影响。研究结果表明,ZPS-01膦基马来酸酐共聚物阻垢性能好、耐高温、对溶液的pH适应范围宽,具有广阔的应用前景。

     

    Abstract: The inhibition ability to calcium carbonate scaling with ZPS-01 phosphono-containing maleic anhydride copolymer was studied by using the method of static scale inhibition.The effect of the concentration of ZPS-01,Ca 2+ ,HCO - 3 and temperature,pH on the scale-inhibition rate was investigated systematically.The results obstained show that the ZPS-01 phosphono-containing maleic anhydride copolymer has the properties of Scale-inhibition,high temperature-resistance and adaptation to the wide range pH of s...
