荧光各向异性快速灵敏测量氰根阴离子

A Study of Cyanide Detection by Fluorescence Anisotropy

  • 摘要: 利用一种含吡啶官能团的共轭聚合物在钯离子的诱导下发生聚合,使分子体积增大导致体系的荧光各向异性值升高.氰根离子与钯离子配位,使缔合的聚合物又发生解聚,降低了测量的荧光各向异性值.据此,提出了一种荧光各向异性用于氰根阴离子测定的新方法.该方法用于氰根离子检测操作简单、响应快速、灵敏度高.氰根离子测量范围为1×10-6~4×10-4mol/L,检出限为1×10-6mol/L.

     

    Abstract: A rapid and simple method was developed for cyanide determination using fluorescence anisotropy.The polymer is aggregative with Pd2+ added,which exhibit the increase of fluorescence anisotropy due to the enhancement of molecule volume.When the cyanide is added to the system,the aggregative polymer is disaggregated because cyanide is cooperated with Pd2+.This approach is rapid,simple and sensitive for the detection of cyanide.The detection range is 1×10-6~4×10-4 mol/L,and the detection limit is 1×10-6 mol/L.
