Research Progress of Upconversion Materials of Oxide Matrix with Doped Rare Earths

  • 摘要: 综述非稀土氧化物基质和稀土氧化物基质上转换发光材料的研究进展.介绍氧化物基质上转化材料的制备方法、基质结构和激发条件等对上转化发光强度及发光波长的影响;阐述氧化物基质上转换材料的发光机理.认为氧化物是今后上转化材料的重点研究方向,随着研究的深入它将替代氟化物和氯化物而成为上转换材料的主要基质材料,同时,提出了氧化物基质改进的方向.

     

    Abstract: The research progress of general oxide-based and rare earth oxide-based up-conversion luminescence materials were reviewed with 38 references.The preparation methods,the effects of substrate material structure and excitation condition on up-conversion luminescent intensity and wavelength were introduced,as well as the luminescent mechanism.It indicates that oxide would be the focus of up-conversion materials in the future,and would replace fluoride and chloride as the main substrate materials fo..
