Determination of ten trace elements in ginseng and American ginseng by flame atomic absorption spect

  • 摘要: 采用干法灰化法处理样品,用HNO3溶解灼烧后的残渣,用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定溶液中Zn、Cu、Fe、Mn、Co、Ni、Ca、Mg、Cd、Pb等10种微量元素的含量.方法简便、快速,并获得满意结果.

     

    Abstract: Ginseng and American ginseng were ashed by drying-method, the residues were dissolved by HNO_3.Ten trace elements including copper, zinc, iron, manganese, cobalt, nickel, calcium, magnesium, cadmium and lead in the solution were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry.
