摘要

摘要: 本文对几种外界因子对黑米色素的理化性质的影响进行了研究，结果表明光、热、金属离子以及Ｖｃ等影响黑米色素的稳定性，讨论了影响其稳定性的原因，提出了合理利用的措施。

Abstract: Based on experiments, The N-allyl-N-(sodium p-phenyl-sulfonate) Thiourea is used for eliminating the interference of Ag + 、Hg 2+ in the identification of Ba 2+ using potassium chromate and identification of Zn 2+ using diphenglthiocarbazone
