酸化活性膨润土工艺条件研究

  • 摘要: 分别探讨了液固比、酸度、温度、反应时间等工艺条件在酸化活性膨润土生产中对产品质量所产生的影响.并总结了最佳工艺条件,提出了提高酸化活性膨润土质量的一些途径.在原矿质量和其他工艺条件相同的情况下,液固比为1.3~1.6,酸度控制在15%~25%之内,温度在95~105℃之间,反应时间为4h,可使产品的脱色力达169左右,活性度大于230以上.

     

    Abstract: The influence of the ratio of liquor to solid,acidity, temperature and reaction time on product quality during the producing of acid active bentonite was investigated. The optimal process conditions was summed up and some methods of improving the acid active bentonite quality was proposed. The ratio of liquor to solid from 1.3 to 1.6,acidity from 15 percent to 25 percent,temperature from 95℃ to 105℃, 4 h of response time , thus the decolourization strength can be up to about 169, the activation degree more ...
