铁与钒、铱、铂和钌的浮选分离研究

Flotation Separation of Fe(Ⅲ) from V(Ⅴ),Ir(Ⅳ),Pt(Ⅳ) and Ru(Ⅲ)

  • 摘要: 在水溶液中,铁(Ⅲ)与四丁基溴化铵和硫氰酸钾能够生成不溶于水的Fe(SCN)6TBAB3三元缔合物.当加入硫酸铵后,该三元缔合物浮于水相上层形成界面清晰的液-固两相.通过浮选,Fe(Ⅲ)可以与V(Ⅴ),Ir(Ⅳ),Pt(Ⅳ)和Ru(Ⅲ)定量分离.当溶液中四丁基溴化铵和硫氰酸钾的浓度分别为0.8 mmol/L和7.0 mmol/L时,Fe(Ⅲ)的浮选率达到98.2%以上

     

    Abstract: In the aqueous solutions Fe(Ⅲ) combines with tetrabutyl ammonium bromide and KSCN into a ternary ion association precipitate Fe(SCN)63.In the presence of(NH4)2SO4,the precipitate was floated well on the surface of water phase to make the system to divide into liquid phase and sold phase with a distinct boundary layer.Fe(Ⅲ) could be quantitatively separated from V(Ⅴ),Ir(Ⅳ),Pt(Ⅳ) and Ru(Ⅲ) by floatation.And 98.2% floatation percentage of Fe(Ⅲ) were obtained when the concentrations of tetrabutyl ...
