Catalytic synthesis of propyl benzoate with TiSiW_(12)O_(40)/TiO_2

  • 摘要: 报道了以固载杂多酸盐 Ti Si W12 O4 0 /Ti O2 为催化剂 ,对以苯甲酸和丙醇为原料合成苯甲酸丙酯的反应条件进行了研究 .实验结果表明 ,Ti Si W12 O4 0 /Ti O2 具有良好的催化活性 ,最佳反应条件为 :醇酸物质的量比为 4∶ 1 ,催化剂的用量为反应物料总量的 1 .5 %,反应时间 2 .5 h,上述条件下 ,苯甲酸丙酯的产率为 70 .5 %.

     

    Abstract: The catalytic activities of TiSiW 12O 40/TiO 2 in synthesizing propyl benzoate are reported. It has been demonstrated that TiSiW 12O 40/TiO 2 is an excellent catalyst.Various factors concerned in this reaction have been investigated.The optimum conditions have been found,that is,the molar ratio of alcohol to acid is 4∶1,the mass ratio of the catalyst used to the reactants was 1.5%,the reaction time 2.5 h.Under this conditions,the yield of propyl benzoate is 70.5%.
