Studies on synthesis of acetylsalicylic acid catalyzed by acid bentonite

  • 摘要: 以水杨酸和乙酸酐为原料,在自制酸性膨润土催化下合成了乙酰水杨酸;探讨了催化剂的结构特征及最佳合成条件 结果表明:酸性膨润土对乙酰水杨酸的合成具有良好催化活性;在水杨酸与乙酸酐投料比为 1∶3. 6,酸性膨润土加入量等于 5%水杨酸投料量(质量)和 85~90℃下,催化反应 0. 5~1. 0h,产物收率可达 90. 44%

     

    Abstract: Acetylsalicylic acid was synthesized from salicylic acid and acetic anhydride catalyzed by acid bentonites. The structural features of bentonite and the optimum synthesis conditions of acetylsalicylic acid were investigated in details. The results obtained show that the acid bentonites has good catalytic behavior on synthesis of acetylsalicylic acid.
