A市大气污染物浓度与呼吸系统疾病发病率的相关性分析

Correlation Analysis of Air Pollution and Infection of Respiratory Disease in City A

  • 摘要: 依据A市2004年的环境监测资料,即可吸入颗粒物(PM10)、二氧化氮(NO2)和二氧化硫(SO2)的浓度数据和A市第一人民医院2004年呼吸系统疾病的住院人数,对主要的呼吸系统疾病类型(支气管炎、哮喘和肺炎)和大气监测的各项指标要素进行了相关分析.研究结果发现:支气管炎住院人数与二氧化氮(NO2)和可吸入颗粒物(PM10)的浓度显著相关,哮喘住院人数与可吸入颗粒物(PM10)浓度关系密切,肺炎的住院人数与SO浓度之间关系较密切.研究结果与国内其他污染城市的研究具有可比性.

     

    Abstract: Air pollution is one of the major factors which affect the human health,discussing the relationship between the air pollution and the respiratory disease is a major target in the realm of environmental science.Based on the data of air pollutants concentration in 2004,such as the concentration of PM10,NO2 and SO2,and the data of respiratory disease inpatients (including bronchitis,asthma and pneumonia) in 2004 from No.1 People's Hospital,City A,correlation analysis was done.The results show that in City A,bronchitis inpatient data has notable correlation with PM10 and NO2 concentration,and asthma inpatient data has positive linear relation with PM10 concentration,and pneumonia inpatient data has positive linear relation with SO2 concentration.The conclusion is comparable to researches in other China cities.
