复合藻-菌净化系统处理麦秆造纸废液初步研究

Primary Studies on Purification Effects of Treatment Model of Alga-bacteria System on Wheat Stalk Pa

  • 摘要: 在室内模拟条件下,采用正交设计法建立了一种由蛋白核小球藻(Chlorella pyrenoidosa)、鱼腥藻7120(Anabaena sp.PCC7120)、硝化细菌(Nitrate bacteria)和荚膜红假单胞菌(Rhodopseudomonas capsulata)组成的复合藻-菌净化系统去除造纸废液中有机质和氨态氮的最优化模型,确定了藻类与细菌的最优化数量配比关系为蛋白核小球藻∶鱼腥藻7120∶硝化细菌∶荚膜红假单胞菌=1∶2.17∶2.83∶5.09.比较了复合藻-菌净化系统最优化模型与单藻、单菌去除造纸废液中有机质和氨态氮的代谢速率的差异.结果显示,复合藻-菌系统代谢有机质、氨态氮的速率远高于单藻、单菌,其去除率分别为91.3%、79.2%;39.9%、22.7%;58.6%、68.9%.研究了光照强度和温度等生态因子对复合藻-菌净化系统最优化模型代谢有机质和氨态氮的影响.结果表明,在光照与黑暗条件下,复合藻-菌系统代谢有机质和氨态氮的速率存在明显差异,黑暗有利于有机质代谢而光照利于氨态氮的去除.藻-菌系统对有机质和氨态氮的代谢能力与系统的环境温度相关.

     

    Abstract: Laboratory experiments were conducted to investigate a most optimized purification model of algae-bacteria system which consisted of Chlorella pyrenoidosa,Anabaena sp. PCC7120,Nitrate bacteria and Rhodopseudomonas capsulate applied to remove organic matter(CODcr) and NH+4-N in wheat stalk paper-making waste water by means of the orthogonal test design,and most optimized ratio of algae and bacteria(i.e.,Chlorella pyrenoidosa∶ Anabaena sp. PCC7120∶ Nitrate bacteria∶Rhodopseudomonas capsulate) was 1∶2.17∶2.83∶...
