钕掺杂修饰的氧化锌纳米材料的制备与气敏性能

Preparation and Gas-sensitivity of Ultra-fine Nd-dopedzinc-oxide Powders

  • 摘要: 以分析纯硫酸锌和氧化钕为原料,经处理后在(NH4)2CO3溶液中均匀沉淀,得到含钕的前驱体化合物Zn4CO3(OH)6.H2O,随后高温煅烧得到按物质的量比例约为1∶100的钕掺杂修饰的ZnO超细材料.所得产品颜色白泛微黄、颗粒较小、分散均匀、不分解,不变质,在环境温度为370℃时,对乙醇气体有较好的灵敏度和选择性.并对该工艺的实验原理、方法及实验条件进行了研究.

     

    Abstract: The analytically pure ZnSO4·7H2O and neodymium oxide were used as raw materials,and were homogeneously deposited with ammonian-carboncate(analytical pure) solution.The precursor Nd-doped basic zinc carbonate was obtained after series of chemical treatment.The precursor was calcinated under the air condition of 700 ℃ for 2 h to obtain nano-meter Nd-doped ZnO powders,in which the molar rate of Nd to Zn is 1∶100,the average size of ZnO powders is about 30 nm.The gas sensitivity properties of ZnO paste sensor t...
