Study on SNP and AsA in UV-B Tolerance of Microcystis aerugiuosa Kütz

  • 摘要: 在UV-B辐射下,培养群体和单细胞的铜绿微囊藻,研究了外源的SNP(硝普钠,NO供体)、AsA(抗坏血酸)对铜绿微囊藻可溶性蛋白质含量、抗氧化保护酶活性的影响.实验结果表明:随着UV-B辐射的增强,群体和单细胞微囊藻的可溶性蛋白质含量先上升后下降,POD(过氧化物酶)、SOD(超氧化物歧化酶)活性也呈现先上升后下降趋势.在经过2 h照射后,抗氧化酶的活性都大于对照所发生的变化,而群体的抗氧化酶始终保持着比单细胞更高的活性,这说明群体比单细胞更能耐受UV-B胁迫.同时SNP处理组所测得的数据均比对照组和AsA处理组大,这说明SNP能更好地协助铜绿微囊藻耐受UV-B辐射.

     

    Abstract: The single cell and community's Microcystis aerugiuosa Kütz were raised under artificial UV-B,and the roles of SNP and AsA in UV-B tolerance of Microcystis aerugiuosa Kütz were studied.The results showed that with the increasing of UV-B intensity,the activity of SOD and POD increased at the first and was above the activity of SOD and POD under normal conditions,and then dropped down.The contents of protein have the same trends as anti-oxidized enzymes.However,the activity of anti-oxidized enzymes in communi...
